Our mission is to create an intelligent leadership platform that acts as a force multiplier for leaders.
It will offer personalized learning paths for leaders, helping them develop the skills they need to be more effective in their roles. The Executive's Trinity is the perfect scaffold that allows the user to clearly define and integrate all the needed skills required to lead teams, manage companies, and execute strategy.
WHO
Since 2020, Stephen Bungay & Mathis Christian have been creating eLearning Courses, Trainings & Coaching for all leadership levels. We have tested and learned with high-profile clients across industries worldwide. Clients have become contributors and continue to share their experiences regarding the Executive's Trinity. This has made our concept more realistic and even more valuable.
In 2024, we founded executive3, the intelligent leadership platform.
The leadership concept is based on the Executive's Trinity and allows leaders to define and integrate the key skills required to lead teams and scale companies.
Stephen wrote about this concept in his bestselling book "The Art of Action" and mentioned our leadership program in its 10th Anniversary Edition.

Stephen Bungay
Co-Founder, The Executive´s Trinity Trainer (ETT)
Stephen Bungay invented the concept of The Executive´s Trinity and co-founded executive3. Stephen teaches managers about strategy, leadership and consults a wide range of organisations including some of the world’s leading companies. Stephen has over four decades of consulting experience, including 17 years at The Boston Consulting Group. He is the author of the bestselling book The Art of Action.

Mathis Christian
Co-Founder, The Executive´s Trinity Trainer (ETT)
Mathis Christian co-founded executive3. Mathis founded his first startup, fullscale music, in 2007 and in 2019, timeinvest, where he is still co-founder and advisor. He is working as Consultant & Coach and Interim Executive since 2010. In his work he co-creates strategy and target systems to execute strategic goals while using agile frameworks or OKRs to guide people to success. At TU Berlin University he is teaching "Agile for Startups" as Lecturer since 2015.
He is also the CEO of timeinvest GmbH, a SaaS company for meeting evaluations, which helps him to understand the challenge of executing strategy while keeping up with teams and building culture.

Henrik-Jan is on a mission to help companies successfully implement their strategies. He is CEO of perdoo a OKR and goal management software for business. After completing his studies in corporate law, he led strategic implementation projects as a management consultant for large organizations.

Mattias has for many years coached and mentored leaders at every level. He has trained and coached Agile transformations in both fast growing companies such as AID (self-driving cars), Tobii, Joyn, as well as global enterprises such as LEGO, SimCorp and Zalando. He is one of the founders of crisp in Stockholm.
